We always aim to despatch your parts and accessory items within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Standard delivery is £5 and FREE for orders over £40.
In the case of bike orders, we will require time to carry out a pre-delivery inspection, which can add additional 48 hours to our time to despatch (for Cycle to Work orders this is within 48 hours of Hire Agreement approval from your employer).
If, due to availability or other reason, the above is not possible we will contact you to keep you informed.
For e-bikes and as an option for larger child bikes we use a bespoke bike delivery service ‘Club 75’. They provide a weekly collection service and deliver the bikes direct from shop to customer with no offloading at delivery hubs and guaranteed no damage. This is a fully personalised service, providing peace of mind that your bike is in the safest of hands but please be aware that it is a weekly rather than daily service.
